Compensation. K&D Associates is the first and only company to offer its agents a 90/10 percentage compensation program. The 90/10 program is in effect the entire year and is not a bonus system. Agents receive 90 percent of every dollar they generate for the company — not like some systems where the agents get their 50 percent and 40 percent of the company's portion.
Starting in 2002 K&D Associates has instituted a new compensation program called "60/30/10". This new program allows agents who are interested in joining K&D Associates but not comfortable with paying an office fee, to pay as they go. Once the agent has paid in the yearly amount due, the agent automatically converts to the 90/10 program. This is a real incentive to agents who are productive and want to benefit from the 90/10 program.
Every agent at K&D understands the benefits of learning the business and becoming productive. Management's goal is to see to it that this happens for every agent.
