WHAT IS YOUR HOME WORTH?

 

There is a truism in real estate, but seldom discussed truthfully with the seller; “There is only one reason why a home doesn’t sell, PRICE”.  You can take a home in the worst condition, the worst location, price it right and it will sell. This doesn’t mean give it away, but price it according to conditions.
