Only a licensed Realtor can put your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The MLS exposes your home to over 4000 agents who may have a buyer looking for a home like yours.  In addition, your home will be available to thousands of buyers who are using the internet to search for homes.

If your home isn’t listed with the MLS, it’s not listed.

Without the MLS you could spend hundreds of dollars putting ads in the paper, distributing flyers and more – with little return.
