Nothing showcases a home better than a virtual tour.
Two dimensional still photos are okay but in many cases they fail to show the room in its entirety.
Additionally, there are limits to how many pictures can be placed on the MLS or a company’s web site.
Data has shown that buyers will look at a home with a virtual tour faster than a home with no photos and/or virtual tour.
A virtual tour is like having a 24 hr open house. The buyer can see what the home has to offer from the comfort of their home. If they like what they see, they then can make an appointment. (Less interruption for you, the home owner).
Why then don’t all homes have one? And for those that do. Doesn’t the home have more than 3-4 rooms?
