GETTING STARTED

Get Pre-approved

The most important step you can take is to get pre-approved by a reputable lending institution. By having a guaranteed loan you can shop with confidence.

There are many types of mortgage loans available.  As a buyer you should discuss with your lender what loan program best fits your needs.  A lender will pull your credit report to determine your credit worthiness.

Do you have to have good credit to buy a home?

The answer is no. But a word of caution. Loans that are classified as B,C,D, typically carry a higher rate and have higher closing cost.

Would you like to get pre-approved?

Below is a complied list of lenders who have sucessfully closed loans with K&D buyers. Please feel free to contact one of these lender or the lender of your choice.
